Custom Tumblers

**Your tumbler is a custom item, and cannot be returned. I communicate with you through the whole process to ensure that the final item is exactly what you want and that you approve the final product. **

Remember, all of All Gifted Hands tumbler's are handmade with love!

• If there is any issue/defect with your tumbler within the first 7 days of receiving it, I want to make it right. Email me at allgiftedhands@gmail.com with any concerns!
• Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
• All Gifted Hands is NOT responsible for wear and tear on your tumbler or the tumbler lid. If a replacement lid is needed for any reason, please contact me and I will provide you the website on where to buy a replacement. All Gifted Hands  does not carry and will not provide replacement lids.
• If you drop or do not follow the care instructions for your tumbler, I will not be able to fix it if cracked or mishandled/cared for.
• The tumblers are not guaranteed to fit in vehicle cup holders due to the thickness of a finished tumbler. If your tumbler happens to not fit, Amazon sells cup holder adapters that will work.
• Tumblers are made with high quality products. Please note that all epoxy will eventually yellow over time and if the tumbler is left in the sun frequently.
• As mentioned earlier all tumblers are handmade and small imperfections may be present.

If you are local to Kenosha, Racine, Pleasant Prairie, Zion, or Waukegan and want to do pick up or drop off for your tumbler, please use code "PICKUP" and/or "DROPOFF". IF you do want to do local pickup or drop off, I will message you after your order is placed to coordinate.
